Customer Sales Adviser

Our Company

This is a great opportunity to join our fast growing company and we are now looking to expand our telephone sales and support team.

We are an online comparison website offering personal finance products to the over 50 age group predominately later life planning services. We pride ourselves on offering excellent service and the right advice for each customer.

Due to our continued success we are now looking for someone who is confident talking to customers on the phone for both inbound and outbound calls. We only speak to customers who have asked to be contacted and never cold call.

The Role

We are a small team so your role will be key to our success.

Your main activities will be to follow up leads received from our website asking for more information and to give the customer advice on the right product for them - you will be selling through giving a great customer experience.

You will be given in depth training to help you become an expert in this area

We are looking for someone who:

• Is self motivated & can work independently
• Who likes to achieve targets
• Is confident and enthusiastic
• Has excellent communication skills
• Can multi-task
• Has good keyboard skills
• Is a good team player
• Is able to make customers feel special
• Can demonstrate empathy and understand the customer's needs
• Has a good eye for detail

And preferably has experience in:

• speaking to customers on a daily basis
• financial services but not essential
• sales or customer services
• you don't have to have worked in a call centre although this may help

What's in it for you:

• Salary £18,200
• Performance Bonus of up to £4,550 (25%)
• Holidays 25 days
• 35 hrs a week
• Working pattern: 11am to 7pm Mon to Thurs  /  10am to 6pm Fri
• Full training will be given
