JOB TITLE: HOSPITAL MANAGER
LOCATION: WRAXALL, BRISTOL
SALARY: UP TO ??50K PER ANNUM
HOURS: 37.5 HOURS - DAYS - MON - FRI
We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Healthcare Group who pride themselves on the high standard of care delivered throughout the range of services that they provide.
They are seeking an RMN or RGN qualified Hospital Manager to work in an Independent Hospital, providing specialist care for older people with mental illnesses, in Wraxall, Bristol that treats patients with mental disorders.
They are looking for a dynamic Manager to lead the Hospitals Senior Management team
* The manager will join the senior management team and have overall leadership and management responsibility across the site.
* They will lead and manage the service in order to ensure that the best possible standard of care and treatment is maintained within the hospital.
* The successful applicant will ensure the delivery of excellent operational performance, whilst developing future commercial opportunities.
* The manager will also be responsible for budgetary and financial targets are met and managed effectively.
The experience that is required for the Hospital Manager includes:
?? Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework the Hospital works within
?? Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams
?? An understanding of budgetary and financial systems
?? A sound understanding of the strategic direction of mental health in Scotland
?? An up-to-date knowledge of best practise and national standards in mental heath
?? Able to communicate at senior level with NHS and local authority colleagues
A registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN or RGN qualified) or other Mental Health Professional, preferably with a recognised management qualification.
The candidate should have previous experience of working in a management role in a mental health secure setting.
Competitive Salary - ??50K per Annum
