LOCATION: Nationwide (covering Luton, Bedford, St Albans, Milton Keynes , Aylesbury and various other UK based sites)

JOB TITLE: National Operations Manager - Soft Services

SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP50,000 - GBP60,000

WORKING HOURS: Full time 40 hours per week

Working alongside the security services is the soft services model, providing a wide range of cleaning and associated services. With over 100 shopping and retail centres across the UK they provide the latest Cleanovate methodology and strive to provide an excellent service to all thier clients.

THE ROLE: As the National Operations Manager your role will be to drive service delivery within the growing portfolio of Shopping Centres. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the cleaning element of the soft services contracts.

This is a new role and would suit candidate with experience who can hit the ground running.

The majority of sites would be easily commutable from Luton, Bedford, St Albans, Milton Keynes and Aylesbury but this role could appeal to candidates throughout the UK for candidates who are willing to travel.

Key responsibilities of the National Operations Manager - Soft Services -

• Management of cleaning services within a number of shopping centre contracts throughout the UK

• Explore new product innovations and cost saving initiatives

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence

• Training and development of on-site cleaning teams

• Liaison with supplier and subcontractors

• Assist with recruitment of cleaning personnel

• Create and manage training needs, produce and implement a training plan for site managers, supervisors and on site cleaning teams.

• Deliver against client SLA/KPI targets
• Travelling to various UK sites ( not exclusively Luton, Bedford, St Albans, Milton Keynes and Aylesbury)

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the role of National Operations Manager will have proven track record in cleaning operational management. As well as relevant experience we are looking for someone who is energetic and driven by improving the services provided. Your leadership, influence and drive will ensure both company and personal targets are exceeded.

Essential Criteria For the role of National Operations Manager of:

• Proven track record in cleaning operational / facilitates management
• IOSH /NEBOSH qualified is desirable
• Happy to travel to sites throughout the UK
• Full UK driving licence essential
