Junior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor
Location - Reigate
Junior Mechanical Quantity Surveyor required for a well established Mechanical contractor. Having built an excellent list of clientele in over 15 years of business, the business has grown from strength to strength. Their experience and understanding of clients enables them to provide the right service and solution. High end Mechanical commercial fit out contractor, with project values ranging between GBP10,000 and GBP500,000.
Duties include:
- Assist with the validation of contracts
- Assist with the negotiation of sub-contracts
- Assist with the negotiation of domestic sub-contracts
- Assist with monthly financial reviews
- Assist with interim valuations
- Assist with cash flow forecasting
- Assist with the measurement and valuation of additional works
- Assist with day work accounts
- Assist with final accounts
Ideally candidates will come from a Mechanical Sub Contractual background and have experience of a similar industry.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
