Critical Project Resourcing has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Utilities Manager to join a leading provider of Facilities Management services in their Swindon office. The job holder will be working on a major national contract and will be responsible for providing detailed reports to the client in relation to targets set on energy reduction projects.
You will therefore require good knowledge of energy management, although it is equally as important that you are comfortable presenting and reporting to clients in a confident manner.
Project Management experience obtained from working within a similar sustainability, FM, and/or energy management role would be beneficial for this role as you will be coordinating and liaising with various stakeholders in order to develop cohesive reports.
You will be involved with the implementation of energy reduction projects and initiatives to save man-hours through installation of the latest technologies. This includes installations of LED Lighting, in-house BMS systems, battery storage solutions and solar panels etc.
Key Requirements:
- Project Management experience
- Energy Management knowledge
- Excellent Report Writing skills
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Commercial Awareness
- Strong Communicator and ability to develop Client Relationships
- Facilities Management / Maintenance industry experience desirable but not essential
