Project Manager

A Project Manager is required to lead a multi-million-pound customer services project.

Our client, a world class public sector organisation are in the planning stages of a new capital build to house a number of customer-facing frontline services. This is an exciting role with a real opportunity to shape the department's business case and develop new ways of working. After review/simplifying the existing processes/operations of the current customer-facing frontline services, and identifying any areas that can be enhanced you will produce a new target operating model for the department which will form the basis of the design of the new building internal offering ensuring it meets the needs of its users.

To be considered for the position you will need to have experience of the following:

• Public sector, Local government or higher education experience
• Experience of a similar project
• Experience reviewing and simplifying organisational processes and operations
• Experience leading project teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Experience of organisational design
• Experience developing a business case
