About the Job – Head of Resourcing Agency

As the business continues to grow, recruiting and building the best healthcare professional teams in the care sector is going to be key to the Group’s on-going success. The company is therefore seeking a Head of Resourcing Agency to head-up its central resourcing team at its head office in Darlington in the North East, as well as managing a regional resourcing team.

Reporting to the HR Director and with regular Board-level engagement, as Head of Resourcing you will have the autonomy to develop and drive the resourcing strategy, leading your team of resourcing professionals to deliver an effective and measurable resourcing service to the regions, utilising best-practice recruitment methods.

About you – Head of Resourcing Agency

- You will have considerable resourcing experience in high volume recruitment where you have led a team of recruiters in sourcing candidates at all levels

- You will be a creative-thinker and adept at coming up with innovative solutions to solve recruitment challenges

- Ability to build strong relationships is going to be key as you’ll be working closely with regional operations directors, care home managers and other key stakeholders in fulfilling their recruitment needs

As Head of Agency, you’ll be working with a dedicated team of people who are passionate about making a difference to the lives of older people and younger adults.

- Required experience: Strategic Resourcing: 3 years, Team Management: 3 years and Resourcing: 5 years

- You will need to hold a full valid driving licence
