You will be part of a small Community Primary school set in a rural location with a family feel. This school has a nurturing ethos where every child is enabled to do their very best. All members of the teaching and support staff know each and every child, placing emphasis of knowing the strengths and needs of each of the pupils.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, preparation and delivery of curriculum necessary subject matter
• To provide engaging and interactive lessons
• Attending departmental meetings, parents evenings and whole school training events
• Participating and organising extra curriculum activities, such as outings, social activities and sporting events
• Communicating with parent and carers over pupils progression

Requirements:

• PGCE, B Ed, GTP, SCITT and any other qualification that will award QTS
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Ability to promote effective teaching and learning
• Commitment, flexibility and enthusiasm
