Cornish Orchards is an award winning, premium cider and soft drink producer based in Duloe, South East Cornwall.

Due to continuing expansion, we have an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in sales and customer service. We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and confident individual to deliver outstanding service to our customers and help support the Sales Manager and field sales teams with scheduling appointments, generating leads and analysing figures. Experience in administration and working in an office environment is essential. Sales experience would be an advantage, as would knowledge of both on and off trade. This role is office based and will require excellent organisation and communication skills.

• Data analysis of weekly/monthly figures
• Order processing
• General Telephone and Email enquiries
• Processing new customer enquiries and sample requests
• Website order processing
• Provide administrative support to Sales Manager and Field Sales team
• Customer account performance analysis
• Maintenance and analysis of CRM system
• Generate leads and sales from the office via phone/email/CRM/website

Salary: £18 - £22k (dependent on experience)
