Sales Order Processor - Madingley Mulch

£8 per hour

Full-time March to July

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Madingley Mulch are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to work in their offices from March through to July. We are experiencing significant growth in our very busy operation supplying and delivering aggregates, barks and soils in bulk bags and many other building, gardening and landscaping products throughout East Anglia.

This position will support our shop staff in taking orders for our products over the telephone during our peak sales period.

The ideal candidate will have some relevant customer service experience and will have worked in a customer facing environment previously.

You will have a polite and professional telephone manner and ensure that customer orders are recorded accurately and quickly, liaising with relevant internal staff as necessary.

In order to undertake this role effectively, full product training will be provided.
