My client is a market leading distribution organisation with an enviable reputation for its extensive client base and outstanding customer service. An urgent and specific requirement has arisen for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with solid experience in online presence delivery and relationship management to contribute to a number of high-profile digital projects within the company.
Digital Marketing Executive Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing agency relationships to deliver the on-going development of all digital channels to market including Website, Apps, Email, Social Media, SEO, PPC
- Developing and delivering digital marketing campaigns and communications programmes
- Managing brand websites, email platforms, CRM
- Monitor social media channels and activity
- Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with a range of digital based activities including website maintenance, monitoring and improving SEO/PPC campaigns, managing various CMS (mainly WordPress), SMS campaign setup and broadcasting, UAT, UX improvements and website build management
- Create landing pages and web pages for a wide variety of websites including editing and proofreading
- Using Google Analytics to identify potential pitfalls and opportunities for growth
Digital Marketing Executive Skills and Requirements:
- At least 2 - 3 years' experience working within a Digital Marketing environment
- Experience using CMS (preferably WordPress or Sitefinity)
- Solid experience of managing SEO and PPC campaigns
- Ability to manage agency relationships confidently and challenge activity, suggesting improvements where necessary
- Ability to write engaging marketing copy and content for the web
- Confident in creating email marketing campaigns and using online broadcasting tools (ideally DotMailer)
- Analytics and monitoring software experience would be advantageous, especially with Raygun or MouseFlow
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently communicate across all levels is a must
- Ideally degree educated in a marketing or business related subject, CIM qualification would also be useful
