Senior Configuration Engineer - Change management, Teamcenter/Windchill
A Senior Configuration Engineer with Change management and Teamcenter/Windchill experience is required to work on a six month contract with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Dorset.
This is a 6 month contract with a leading UK Defence Business.
Overview of the Senior Engineer (Configuration) contract role
- Management of Design changes for both (ECRs), Provide support to the change boards for all change.
- Assist in Status accounting activities for confirming embodiment of change both in build and in-service platforms.
- Support/management of ECPs for changes to requirements/contract changes.
Key skills required for the Senior Engineer (Configuration)
- Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience in Configuration/Change Management (2-3yrs+)
- Teamcenter/Windchill (managing change in a PLM tool)
- Oracle databases
- CMII prefered
The role is based in Weymouth, Dorset - commutable from Dorchester, Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch, Blandford Forum, Bere Regis, Bovington, Sherborne, Yeovil, Crewkerne, Honiton, Axminster, Lyme Regis and Bridport
