Role: CONTRACTS DIRECTOR - SCAFFOLDING CONTRACTOR
Location: Midlands
Salary: c.GBP50-55k + healthcare, bonus, pension and a company car/car allowance
CONTRACTS DIRECTOR
My client is a successful and expanding scaffolding contractor that cover projects across the Midlands for social housing, local authorities and commercial customers. A decision has been made to appoint a Contracts Director to aid their further expansion and continued growth.
You will report directly into the Managing Director, and will have the overall objective to help generate new business opportunities, and then once the new business has been won, you will oversee the contract from start to finish, recruiting and managing the labour team.
You will be responsible for 3 Depot Heads, so it is vital that you are a strong people manager.
The role will lead to future progression opportunities.
CANDIDATE - CONTRACTS DIRECTOR
It is essential that you have a strong background in the scaffolding industry, and will have either worked at Director Level, or be a Senior Contract Manager. Ideally you will have customer contacts, that you will be able to bring across with you.
You will have experience of managing contracts, as well as business development, and you must be a strong people manager.
The role will cover across the Midlands region, so you must be willing to travel as and when required.
