Otis is seeking to recruit a talented Sales Associate, based from our Edinburgh Office, covering the Central Belt of Scotland. Your time will be split between being office-based and attending meetings at client premises. Whilst experience within the lift industry would be desirable, this is not essential.

The role purpose is to achieve sales growth through development of a robust customer pipeline. You will focus on supporting and growing Otis` current client base.

You will be tasked with achieving customer retention and organic growth through the maintenance of a robust account management approach within the targeted area. Focus will predominantly be on reducing cancellations (including proactive renegotiation) and disputed debts, and maximizing overall share of wallet in line with the company goals.

You will be a talented and engaging individual who can take full ownership and responsibility for achieving your growth/retention targets. You will do this by identifying and developing strong, professional working relationships with existing clients.

You will be target focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organisation and be well versed at multi-tasking a deadline driven workload so as to ensure that commercially viable bids are submitted and followed up in a timely fashion.
