Trident Resourcing is a new, cutting edge recruitment business backed and supported by 3 industry-leading experts. We are looking for ambitious and entrepreneurial individuals with telesales or face-to-face sales in a Business to Business capacity to join us to play a major role in building & developing this new, exciting venture.
Equally, we would also be interested in talking to experienced recruiters who are looking for a fresh challenge.
For a dynamic person, with an excellent standard of written English, this represents a fantastic opportunity to join a business at early stage growth, and rapidly progress to manager level, when you will be offered the opportunity to earn an equity stake.
You'll join the team as a Recruitment Consultant, where full on the job training and development will enable you to reach your potential quickly and professionally. We'll train you how to build and manage your own candidate and client portfolio and equip you with the skills to run a "business within a business".
Your typical day will include business development, client meetings, interviewing candidates, marketing, writing and posting job adverts, taking client briefs, candidate sourcing, headhunting, negotiating terms of business, maintaining client relationships, managing job offers (and hitting targets!)

- 'A' level or degree educated
