Mechanical Fitter
Doncaster
Shifts
Up to GBP14 per hour
TM Resourcing (Technical division) are currently recruiting for our manufacturing client in Doncaster for a Fitter to start immediately in a great friendly environment.
You will be reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor, you will carry out fault finding and repair activities, planned maintenance schedules and projects including supporting drawings and documents. You will also keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs and comply with all Health & Safety procedures.
The ideal candidate will have completed a Mechanical Apprenticeship to C & G or NVQ3 standard and ideally have experience of working in Heavy Industry/Building Products.
You should have basic welding experience and fabrication skills. Good communications skills are essential and the ability to work autonomously, under pressure as well as part of a large team.

Gearboxes
Pumps
Brakes/clutches/shafts/couplings
Belt and chain drives
Material transfer systems
Mechanical Cutting systems
Pressure systems
Guarding systems
Pneumatic systems /components
Hydraulic systems/components
