Estate Agency Account Administrator

£17,500-£18,00 DOE + commission – Sudbury, Suffolk– Immediate start available!

An excellent opportunity to join one of the UKs fastest growing and award winning ‘online estate agent of the year', based in Sudbury, Suffolk. You will be working as part of a dynamic team, supported by a strong board of investors including founders of the Talk Talk group.

Your new role

As an Account Administrator you will be the main point of contact for our clients, offering support and advise throughout their customer journey. This role is a varied position and requires an individual that thrive in a faced-paced, agile working environment with excellent communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities

• Moderating photographs, writing property descriptions and preparing property particulars
• Managing internal databases
• Negotiating Offers / Sale progression following offers being agreed
• Carrying out regular reviews of market activity
• Preparing valuations
• Invoicing

What you'll need to succeed

• You will have a minimum of one years' experience within a sales or customer service based role
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Offer a ‘can do', positive attitude
• Work well as part of team and on personal targets
• Be an effective decision maker
• This role requires GCSE grades A-C in English and Mathematics.
• Previous Estate Agency experience is beneficial
