This is an exciting opportunity to join a well known Timber Frame and SIPS Manufacturer that has been fabricating Timber Frame Houses since 1998. Through extensive product development they remain at the forefront of modern building technology. Their Closed Panel Timber Frame building system has been developed over a number of years and follows on from their experience of working with Open Panel Timber frame, then SIP's (structurally insulated panels) and culminating in their fully Closed panel timber frame system.
They turn a client's own architects' drawings into a comprehensive fully designed and built Closed Panel wall system, in which Windows, Insulation, Air Tight Membrane, High Density Plasterboard and Electrical Conduits are all factory installed. These complete wall panels are delivered to site and erected giving their clients a completely engineered, watertight timber frame structure which is ready for finishing as they wish. Their popular Closed Panel System gives a wind and watertight building, often within the space of a couple of weeks.
They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from either a Timber Frame or Modular Building background. You will be covering the South East of England and be responsible for generating leads and closing sales. Knowledge of the Timber industry is a must, as you will be expected to self manage and generate the inquiries from cold and also work on Company inquiries.
You will have the freedom and flexibility to operate as you see fit, while reporting into the Operations Director as necessary. You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to deal with your own paperwork, etc.

Excellent salary package with on target earnings including commission between GBP50,000 to GBP60,000 (opened ended commission structure in place) + car allowance, health scheme.
