Customer Service Advisor
Burgess Hill
12 month contract with high chance of long-term extension
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic team in Burgess Hill. In this role you will take customer enquiries, check stock, invoice, manage deliveries and returns requests. You'll have every chance to make an impact and show the skills and enthusiasm you have to offer, placing you in a great position for further progression within the company.
Responsibilities
- To answer and process incoming stock enquiries
- Inputting telephone, web and email order data accurately and efficiently into the computer system
- To raise stock order paperwork and process payment
- To book out dispatch notes, create customer invoices and arrange deliveries / returns
You will need to be a self-driven, quality conscious, results orientated individual who takes pride in providing the best customer service possible with the ability to work under pressure and multi-task by managing several things at once.
The Candidate:
- Successful track record in phone based Customer Service, with a polite, friendly telephone manner
- You will be articulate, organised, and have accurate record keeping and reporting skills
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to understand technical information and record it accurately
- Must be able to demonstrate success and experience of managing client expectations
