A key part of our success is our award winning manufacturing and supply chain network, which consists of 4 production plants and a distribution centre in the UK.
To ensure we remain a world-class company we are investing over GBP100m across our supply chain, this includes at our Leeds operation where we are approaching the final phase of one of the biggest investments of it's kind in Europe. We have already created one of the fastest PET lines, and this will be enhanced with a further line in the middle of this year.
So we have an amazing infrastructure, but it's our people that we value the most, and this is critical to the role.
Your Role:
You will be coming into an environment of renewed energy, but also challenges and change. As we go through our investment programme there will be many opportunities to shine, but it will also pull on your powers of resilience, process control and team management - all to ensure that we continue to be world-class and plant and people progress.
You will lead a direct team of around 10, with indirect control of around 60-70. You will have control of the plant and be visible leader, able to take on the strategic view as well as front line leadership and motivation.
Your key areas of focus will be across team development, continuous and lean improvement, quality and safety leadership, planning, technical development, asset care, consistent metrics achievement, analysis and reporting, cross-functional interaction, budget control and leading the management team to ensure plant plans are met.

- You will have experience from a fast paced production management environment, where you will have led diverse teams, challenged technical capability, world classs quality and improved performance.
- We are open to the industry from which you've come from - so you don't have to have had food or beverage production exposure. So anything aligned to a fast paced environment in automotive, aerospace, materials, packaging, pharmaceutical or chemicals would be absolutely fine.
- You will be able to demonstrate how you have led and improved through continuous and lean improvement, driven excellence and developed your management team and processes you work with.
