To support the Group Marketing and external Affairs Director to develop and deliver an effective UK and International marketing strategy in line with the organisation's corporate plan and brand

Description
- To oversee the delivery of all corporate marketing activity, ensuring it is consistent with the strategy
- To work across the organisation to ensure that the brand, marketing strategy and marketing operations are aligned
- To oversee, inform and support the production of marketing plans for subsidiaries, to ensure that we align resources, build reputation and brand across the group
- Regularly undertake or co-ordinate market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing activities and strategy
- Plan, prepare and lead monthly update meetings with all marketing contracts to evaluate and support marketing activity and expenditure
- Ensure and monitor quality control over marketing outputs, assessing relevancy, accuracy, brand alignment and timeliness of information supplied by external stakeholders, taking remedial action as appropriate
- Work with colleagues to evaluate marketing spend and activities. Market changes to marketing plans and activities as appropriate and deliver positive return on investment
- To manage the marketing budget ensuring budgets are delegated and managed appropriately. Support annual budget plans and activities as appropriate and deliver a positive return on investment
- Manage day to day relationships with marketing agencies, ensuring the service recieved is of a high quality in terms of service, cost and media solutions
