Working for a leading construction company based in Wakefield for a Document Controller on a temporary contract.
Temporary contract - 4-6 weeks
Paying GBP10+ph - Full Time Hours
Based in Wakefield
Working on a specific project the main duties of the role will include:
- Set up/ maintain an electronic document control system to meet the needs of the project
- Quality checking of incoming documents from sub-contractors in line with the document control procedure
- Ensure all documentation contains the appropriate data for audit purposes
- Provide document support tot ensure that all current design, specification, drawings and other associated documentation is issued correctly
- Monitor compliance and advise individuals on following procedures
- Formatting documentation and quality checking prior to distribution
- Scanning, plotting, printing and any other duties as required by the team
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience of working within a similar role ideally within construction. You will be computer literate and have experience of using 4Projects, MS Excel and Adobe.
