Location: Camberley
Salary: GBP19,000 - GBP21,000
I am currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for my client based in Camberley.
Your main responsibility will be recruiting field based staff and ensuring all candidates have a positive experience and are kept informed as to the recruitment process.
You will have experience of being able to contact candidates, book a time to call back and screen, match people to profiles/roles and recommend who to take forward.
You will have excellent customer service and administration skills with the ability to prioritise your workload.
Duties:
Recruitment for field based teams - telephone screenings, management of online profiling tool, booking interviews, liaising with field managers to get interviews set up and candidates agreed
Inductions for new starters - taking new starters through policies and processes as part of on boarding, ensuring all equipment required for new starters is ready on Day 1
Management of Company assets such as - Company cars, mobile phones, laptops, iPads etc.
Management of Company drivers - checking of driving licences, use of online tool for ongoing checks
Support across other Account Executive functions as required
Skills & Requirements:
High standard of written and spoken English
Good Microsoft Office skills, including; PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to prioritise workload
Confident and friendly manner
Able to take direction and go with it, can't want or need micro management
The Package:
GBP19,000 - GBP21,000 DOE
20 Days holiday plus a day off on your birthday
Death in service benefit

Office hours: 8:30 - 17:00
