The Role - Product Specialist (Molecular Diagnostics)

This market leader seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Product Specialist, responsible for providing scientific advice to sales teams and customers on a wide range of sophisticated medical laboratory diagnostics systems, including virology, microbiology, oncology and genomics, utilised within pathology departments, NHS laboratories and clinical chemistry environments.

Your Background - Product Specialist (Molecular Diagnostics)

To succeed in this exciting role you must have a background working as a product specialist, application specialist, technical specialist or research fellow from a research institute in the UK. You will have a life science degree and experience of molecular biology techniques, specifically real time PCR and nucleic acid extraction. Some routine diagnostic testing experience in a laboratory environment would be advantageous.
