RHS Wisley Plant Centre & Gift Shop are fast paced retail environments, stocking some of the widest ranges in books, cards, gifts locally and being recognised as a market leader of plant retailing with one of the largest and widest selection of plants for sale to the public nationally.
You will work closely with fellow colleagues to provide a welcoming shopping environment to our customers, focussed on delivering excellent customer service, championing our commitment to be recognised as an inspirational garden and gift retailer.
This diverse customer facing role will involve working across many of the retail areas at Wisley, including tills and customer advice desks.
We are looking for self-motivated, enthusiastic people with a passion for plants and proven record of delivering exceptional customer care working within a large team to help create exciting, commercial and inspiring displays.
You will be highly motivated, have a proactive attitude, be flexible, a great communicator, have attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to deliver results to an excellent standard.
Horticultural knowledge or qualifications are desirable.
