Internal Sales & Applications Engineer - Electronic & Electrical Components - Aylesbury - AH71
Salary/ Benefits: cGBP40K, DoE + benefits

Job Outline:
I am now recruiting for a world leader in the manufacturing and distribution of passive and active electronic components. My client is now looking for an ambitious, technically competent, Applications Engineer to join their UK team.
The role is geared towards an experienced Sales & Applications Engineer; an individual who is able to understand customers' needs and provide technical advice during product selection. This includes working with customers to define requirements for customised solutions, in conjunction with support from my clients R&D department.
Supporting the field sales and internal sales teams will also be a function of the role. You will be assisting with any technical questions the sales teams face, and providing product training to sales team members; as well as customers and other sales partners. Furthermore, the successful candidate will assist in the generation of new business opportunities, whilst managing and providing consultancy throughout customised projects.
You will also be responsible for liaising with the product management and quality departments, to help ensure that customer satisfaction is being met and feeding back any issues you encounter.

Qualifications & Experience:
The successful candidate will possess proven experience in an applications or consultative sales role; demonstrating knowledge of consultation and the full sales process.
You will also hold a degree in Electrical or Electronic engineering (or an equivalent qualification).
Finally, experience with ERP/CRM systems (Preferably SAP) and Excel knowledge would be a considerable advantage.

Candidates MUST possess a full UK driving licence.
