Account Executive
A well-established, leading UK mailing company, Mail International Ltd, currently have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join their Client Services team based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
Key responsibilities
- To oversee and manage the relationships between the Company and its existing clients
- To strengthen relationships with clients by exploring further opportunities
- To interact directly with clients, receiving mailing instructions and detailed information in order to formulate instructions/jobsheets for production & other departments within the Company
- To respond to clients, ensuring instructions are adhered to accurately and on time
- To provide mailing quotes for clients
Key Skills
- Strong communicative skills, vocally & via phone & email
- Good organisational, administrative, numeration & IT skills
- Self motivated & a good team player
- An enthusiastic & hard working ethos
- A willingness to resolve problems & meet our clients' expectations
- A pro-active & not a reactive approach to work
