Architectural Technician | Cardiff | GBP25k - GBP35k
My client, a highly reputable Architectural practice are seeking an Architectural Technician to join their office in Cardiff for 2017. This company work across a variety of sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial, with typical project values ranging from GBP3m - GBP25m.
Due to project pipeline and growth plans, the need for an Architectural Technician has arisen. The successful Architectural Technician will be working on projects predominantly post planning with duties including:
- Detailing
- Producing working drawings
- Site visits where necessary
The salary for this position ranges between GBP25k and GBP35k dependent on experience. There is also a generous holiday period, company pension as well as regular staff events.
