Our most successful division is Education Futures who work nationwide to provide interim managers to schools and local authorities. We have built a reputation for excellence in the sector and we are looking for an Administrator to provide effective, professional sales and administration support to help us continue our growth plans.
We need an efficient administrator with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, someone who can multi task and support with all aspects of the busy desk.

Working with one of our senior team, the role includes the following:

Candidate compliance; ensuring our interims meet our safeguarding standards
Candidate relations; ensuring our interims are well looked after whilst on assignment with us
Candidate attraction; ensuring we are identifying new high quality interims to work with

To be successful you will need:

High customer services standards
Competent in PC operations and software including windows OS, internet, MS office suite
Skilled in data entry and data processing
High typing accuracy
Organisation and planning skills
Attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable
Flexible and adaptive approach to work
Ability to multi task and fully support a very busy desk
