A highly successful professional services organization is seeking a Training Manager to lead and manage the planning and execution of training to all end-users. My client is looking for someone who has specifically designed, developed and delivered training on the Dynamics' applications (CRM, NAV, Power BI, Social Media etc.)
?? Proven track record of undertaking Training Manager roles on programmes that have a major IT and business change impact - must have experience of design, developing and delivering training on MS Dynamics.
?? Evidence of strong business engagement and people skills to help impacted teams through the transition from legacy to new.
?? Experience of delivering training on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (SaaS) solutions would be especially valued.
?? Experience of training users who are moving from 'in-house' to SaaS solutions would be desirable
- Experience of leading small team of trainers.
