Due to the advent of new projects and products, they are looking for Service Manager to drive their network of customers further afield.
In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a busy service department from an operations, customer and commercial perspective. You will have several direct and indirect reports and will work closely with the Business Manager as well as Service Sales team to help develop and grow the business.
This is the ideal role for a Service Manager with previous operational experience to join an expanding business in a role that will offer an exciting challenge and career autonomy.

*Managing a team of operational and customer service staff
*Ensuring Service & After Sales Support KPIs are met
*Maintaining Customer Service standards across the business
*Working with Service Sales to develop Key Accounts
