Senior Digital Contents Manger - Chertsey, Surrey

We are seeking experienced Senior Digital Contents Manger who will be responsible for maintaining, running and validating web contents as a Quality Assurance point for the Customer Service (CS) department. This role will focus on Customer Service web contents for client's subsidiaries and HQ.

Day to day duties:

- Ensure timely and accurate creation and translation of online CS contents (web) to support business needs
- Work through project life cycle of CS contents development, including analysis, review, QA, and maintenance

EDUCATION:

- Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA a plus

Essential skills:

- Proactive, independent, responsible attitude.
- Minimum or Equivalent of 5~7 years extensive digital contents background experience and within a senior management role for minimum or equivalent of 2yrs.
- Strong experience in working with the creative community, agencies, talent, and production companies.
- Good understanding of utilizing analytics/data and QA process to monitor, evaluate and optimize web content performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication (clear, accurate)

Desired

- Experience with, or in-depth knowledge of the consumer electronics industry
- Big brand experience
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Global or European experience an advantage
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and web traffic metrics
- Issue resolution and escalation (JIRA experience preferred)
- Additional European language an advantage.
