e-Commerce Business Change Programme Manager is highly sought after by Kyna Associates for Programme Delivery contract role with one of the UK's leading e-Commerce FS companies based near Peterborough Cambridgeshire.
If you're a hands on e-Commerce or Digital Programme Manager with excellent Business Change Programme Management experience (not pure IT or software) and are available immediately for a 3 month contract, then this could be just for you.
In this contract e-Commerce Programme Manager role the successful candidates will:
- Act as a deputy for the COO on agreed initiatives
- Document & deliver a programme of activity prioritised by the COO and exec team
- Implement a rigorous approach to strategic planning and delivery against objectives
- Drive and facilitate decision making at all levels
- Employ key elements of project governance protocols & educate stakeholders with regard to their benefit
- Lead and inspire teams to deliver outstanding products
To be considered for this Programme Manager opportunity, you will have:
- Natural gravitas, resilience, and experience in dealing with board level stakeholders
- A proven consultancy mind set ideally with an e-commerce background
- Proven experience of delivering complex or multiple change projects at a programme level
- Ability to monitor & deliver from a strategic & commercial perspective
- Sound understanding of Agile
- Excellent communication & influencing
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
