Account Executive Manager
FPSG have been appointed to recruit an Account Executive Team Manager to join our market leading client based in Central Edinburgh.
Due to an exciting growth period across the business, my client is looking to recruit an experienced and driven Manager to assist with their expansion plans.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are delivered
- Actively coach, motivate and manage the team to create a successful sales division
- Assist in achieving departmental targets consistently
- Represent the organisation at events
- Provide a first class service to all clients
- Use analytics to guide
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess the following skills and experience:
- Experienced in managing sales staff (Essential)
- Successful, solid track record sales (B2B desired)
- Ability to challenge customer assumptions and negotiate
- Comfortable discussing money/rates
- Strong influencing skills
- Motivate, tenacious and resilient
- Commercially aware
- The ability to close a deal
