An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join one of the UK's leading FMCG manufacturers.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team delivering planned maintenance and continuous improvement as well as a reactive service and machine modifications.
Location: Corby
Salary: GBP35,000
Shifts: Monday to Friday 10pm - 6am

To apply you will have Electrical or Mechanical experience and be of a multi-skilled discipline. Ideally you will be apprenticeship trained with proven experience in maintenance activities and the ability to contribute to improvement initiatives within a food production environment.
Previous experiences of working within the Food/FMCG/Packaging/Dairy / Pharmaceuticals or Process sectors are highly desirable. As are knowledge of Pneumatics, Mig/Tig Welding, fault finding and problem solving skills, the ability to work unsupervised and possess good communication skills.
You will work as part of a team responsible for maintaining and improving all manufacturing equipment onsite. Perform planned preventative maintenance within a new state of the art facility and providing rapid responses to general breakdowns on automated & packaging machinery.
The location of this role is commutable from Kettering, Northampton, Bedford and parts of Cambridgeshire
