Are you an experienced Automotive Service Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? If the answer is YES, come along to our recruitment evening on the 2nd of March at the Best Western Plus Hotel in Retford between 4pm and 8pm.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for true leader who can inspire their team and produce great results.
As our ideal Service Manager, you will be experienced in all aspects of running a service department. Ideally you will be qualified to a Level 3 or equivalent in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. You will also:
- Have the ability to offer exemplary customer service
- Display good knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Be able to demonstrate a successful track record of managing a service team to its potential.
Although experience of working in a high volume workshop would be an advantage, this would not be essential to be considered for the role.

What will I be responsible for?
Reporting into the Branch Manager and Area Aftersales Manager, the successful Service Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Service department at our site. This will include all service team members and also a team of technicians and valeters. You will be required to evaluate their efficiency on a daily basis and lead and drive them to optimal performance.
You will work alongside the Branch Manager to ensure that sales and service work seamlessly together.
