As our ideal Compliance / Business Manager, you will have suitable financial and administrative experience alongside excellent customer service skills and staff management skills You will also require:
- Confidence and strong planning and organisational skills.
- Experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential.
- Be IT literate
- Ability to effectively prioritise workloads
- A keen eye for detail.

What will I be responsible for?
Joining the team as a Compliance / Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire finance process across the dealership including;
- Processing of credit applications
- Completion of credit paperwork with customers during face to face meetings
- Completion of companies FCA regulatory paperwork
- Management of the sales admin team.
- Producing finance quotations for customers
- Providing support / guidance to the sales team.
You will ensure that the full sales process has been thorough and transparent with customers and that all suitable products have been recommended.
