THE ROLE

Quality Checker: Customer Call Centre - Financial Services (Crawley)

The role will be working on behalf of a major Financial Services provider. You will based in an inbound customer call centre where team members are providing Q&A responses to customers, logging calls and transferring or escalating complex queries or complaints where appropriate. The Quality Checker is responsible for monitoring the quality of individual and team performance and providing feedback and coaching as required. You will be working in a result orientated environment where being able to work with a high level of accuracy to prescribed processes and strict deadlines is essential.

Start: February 2017
Duration: 6-8 weeks initially with likely extension beyond this
Locations: Crawley
Rate: GBP170 per day

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

- Considerable experience of working in a telephone based environment is essential
- Experience of coaching others and monitoring call records is essential
- Experience as team leader / team deputy is desirable
- Strong administrative skills are essential
- High level literacy, numeracy and IT skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage work effectively
- Ability to attain and maintain specified quality and production targets
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and competence
