MEP Manager Required. M & E Project Manager. Project Manager ME
My client, a leading player within the building services market and one of the industry's largest independent contractors with a turnover of GBP200M and offices all around the country is looking to appoint a senior MEP Manager or biased either Electrically or Mechanically . My client specialises in Healthcare, Commercial, Residentail, Education, Hotels to name a few of their disciplines. With a strong order book for 2017 and 2018 so far, they are looking to appoint additional members of staff to their team.
We are looking for Project Managers who are based on the Southh Coast with projects ranging from Brighton to Croydon, Guildford to Reading and Southampton.
The role for MEP manager is to run commercial projects ranging in value from GBP2M to GBP10M (depending on your expertise)
You will be responsible for the whole cycle of the project from cradle to grave.
- Weekly meetings with the client, project director and commercial team to ensure the project is running on time and within budget
- Liasing with the site managers to ensure labour is adequately placed
- Reports
- Responsible for H & S
We are looking for a senior pm who has experience working for a similar contractor.
This role is negotiable to perm or freelance.
