Alecto Recruitment are currently representing a fantastic Car Dealership in Chichester in their search for a Sales Manager.
It would be an exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to be a part of the sales department for this large main dealer.
As a Sales Manager you will manage the sales team to provide customer service excellence, and motivate them to achieve their targets. You will ensure your team are performing in line with key performance indicators. You will ensure the Retail Centre is well managed with cars, take responsibility for the presentation of the Retail Centre, build and maintain strong relationships with the Brand.
As a Sales Manager you will work closely with other departments, and will be hands on with the day to day running of the Retail Centre and achieve the highest standards set out by the Brand.
This would suit an experienced Sales Controller/Manager who is looking to prove themselves in a challenging role, or an experienced manager looking to move back to a more hands-on role with responsibility for managing a used car sales team.
You must have a proven track record of success within car sales, be highly motivated, and have a thorough understanding of customer satisfaction.
