Preparation Centre Manager OTE GBPEXCELLENT
Outstanding Career Opportunity at our new Leeds Store.
We are an expanding Family Business with 4 Car Supermarkets at Leeds, Castle Donington, Sutton-in-Ashfield and Cannock.
We want an experienced Manager/Team Leader who is confident, highly motivated & able to motivate an existing team of 80 people in 6 separate departments including vehicle inspection, mechanical workshop, smart repair, paintshop, parts and valeting.
Preference will be given to an individual who has a successful track record in leading a Workshop as a Manager.
We have a superb workshop with the very latest and up to date equipment including full diagnostic and MOT equipment.
Our facilities & technical expertise preparing over 30 Brands are excellent, very professional & all in house. I.T Experience with Kerridge/ADP/CDK or similar DMS system and Microsoft packages will be a distinct advantage.
Full training & long term support will be provided. 5 1/2 Days per week.
Excellent salary plus year-end profit related bonus and superb future career prospects.
