Our client has a great opportunity for Conference Co-ordinator to join them in delivering high quality conference and meeting rooms' services and providing excellent customer service. As a Conference Co-coordinator, you will also be responsible for undertaking reception duties and administration tasks to ensure the venue is run smoothly.

Position: Conference Co-ordinator
Salary: GBP16,500
Location: Central Milton Keynes, MK9
Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday (Flexibility is essential)
Details: Full Time, Permanent (following a six month probationary period).

About the Role:
As a Conference Co-ordinator, you will manage bookings on a bespoke software with customers and agencies ensuring that our client provides the best facilities and service possible. As part of the team, you will also be preparing the meeting rooms and conference facilities for bookings, including furniture layout, refreshments and managing multimedia in the rooms. As part of the reception duties, you will be welcoming and providing information to all tenants, clients and visitors and will be responsible for administration work ensuring that the premises are up to date and are in line with working practices and regulations. Working at the organisation, you will also be involved in supporting with the delivery of some of the charity events and functions.

Demonstrate excellent customer service experience.
Flexibility with working hours - some evening and weekend work may be required and you will be compensated with Time off in lieu.
Works well with colleagues in a team environment.
Efficient organisational skills and has the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Evidence of IT skills, in particular word, excel and databases.
Motivated, passionate, flexible and open to change to improve standards.
The ability to remain calm, helpful and positive in all situations and the ability to relate to all sectors of the community.
