Your focus will be to provide a comprehensive business partnering and advisory service to support business change and transformation plans, ensuring that teams, leaders and all colleagues receive a professional, people focused and efficient service. You should have the ability to influence, build relationships at all levels and be confident.
Although a background in local government or public sector services may be helpful to the successful individual - CPBS needs talented, innovative and passionate individuals to move us forwards - don't be put off just because you haven't worked within a Local Government arena before.
