BMR Solutions is currently looking to recruit for a Contract Fulfilment Manager to work for our client who is large manufacturing companyJob Title: Contract Fulfilment ManagerLocation: BristolPermanent RoleRate/Salary: ??45,000 + Private Health Care + Pension + Company Car after 6 monthsKey Skills & Experience:??Excellent communication, drive and decision making skills.??Proven track record as a PM lead in implementing technical projects??Proven people skills??Good understanding of ISO disciplines and expectations??Proactive and hard working in their approach to work.??Able to communicate well across all levels.??Good management, organisational skills, multi-tasking and the ability to work under pressure.??Customer Service skills.??An eye for detail with a track record of delivering improved efficiencies and continuous improvements??Must be commercially astute and be able to deliver results within agreed budgets??Previous experience in a customer service position within an office environment is desirable but not necessary.??Clear concise data entry skills required, with a good understanding of key software such as Excel and Word.??Ability to solve problems within a given time scale.??Technical knowledge (electromechanical and hydraulic) would be preferable but not essential.Job specification??Responsible for customer satisfaction??Management and development of department including Service Desk, maintenance and installation engineers and despatch team (team of 9 staff).??Manage all installation projects (UK and Overseas) including day to day liaison with clients, updating on manufacturing process, providing installation information (drawings, IRAMS, H&S information, etc.)??Arranging internal FAT pre-despatch.??Raising and issuing of variation quotations based on project change requirements.??Provide regular internal data reports covering our performance.Additional Information??Although mainly working out of the office, there may be some travel required.BMR Solutions acts in the capacity of an Employment Business and an Employment Agency.
