One of our most trusted and largest clients with offices in the UK and abroad is looking for 5 Trainee Recruiters with the right attitude and experience to join them in their Bristol office.
??18,000 basic, OTE ??35/40K year 1
Are you a graduate or sales professional who has experience of working in a sales or recruitment environment? My client, a very dynamic and highly regarded recruitment organisation specialising in IT, Engineering and Oil & Gas require five new Trainee Recruitment Consultants for its well-established Bristol Office.
My client has seen year on year growth across all offices in Bristol, London, Manchester and Glasgow. They now have continued plans to grow and develop the business further. You will be in charge of your own business, whilst being advised by their most Senior Consultants - some of the best in the business. You will also be responsible for conducting both Business Development and Account Management for clients based across the entire UK. Your resilience and effort will most certainly drive you to the top and get you promoted within the first 6 months of the job.
What is on offer for you?
- ??18,000 basic salary. If you have had tremendous results from a previous sales role this may be negotiated
- Uncapped commission structure - realistic OTE ??35k - ??40k in 1st year

The role
The role of a recruitment consultant can be challenging and involves a lot of cold calling and requires resilience. However, the rewards are like no other - on average you will earn 50k in your 2nd year and 80k in your 3rd year, with many consultants earning a six figure salary after their 3rd year
The Ideal candidate
- Ambitious, driven, money-motivated, hard-working - recruitment is not 9-5.
- Sales/telesales experience preferred as you will be on the phone a lot.
- Candidates ideally have 2:2 degree or above or proven sales experience
