We are continuously recruiting for Horticulture Operatives to work at our clients busy sites based in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
The main responsibilities of the role will involve working in all areas of the factory making up bunches/bouquets of flowers valued at GBP5 to GBP50.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure a high quality finished product. All work will involve standing throughout the shift. Applicants must pass a basic English language test given before interview.
Shifts available are Monday to Friday, approx. 7.30am - 3.30pm or 2pm- 10pm
Saturday or Sunday, 6:00am - 2:00pm.
These hours will change due to the nature of the business when increase in demand happens during peak periods, i.e. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter and Christmas.
The rate of pay for this position is GBP7.20 per hour in accordance with the National Living Wage.
