Technical Training Content Developer

Our well-established, innovative client is looking for a technical training content developer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company who is open to new ideas and has built up an impressive global client base.

You'll be responsible for creating a range of enterprise-level software training content from scratch including classroom based training, eLearning and self-paced learning resources. This role also offers a real opportunity to advance their use of established and emerging interactive technologies.

As the successful candidate, you will have:

• A degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or Physics.
• A minimum of two years' experience creating training for enterprise-level software.
• Experience in one or more of the following: adult learning, education, online course development, instructional design.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Visio).
• Experience with multimedia or eLearning tools (eg Snagit, Camtasia, Captivate, Moodle etc.).
• Have experience of translating complex information into accessible information for users.
• An understanding of the full training development life cycle.
