Our client is a private homecare service with a difference. Their aim is to help individuals stay independent whilst still getting the support they need. They are currently recruiting for skilled care workers who have a passion to care and really want to make a difference to a person???s life. The role will involve living in the client's home for 2 weeks at a time, supporting individuals through all areas of personal and domestic care. If at any time live in care is unavailable then visiting care hours will be allocated.
By joining their company, you will be ensuring that their clients have the best care on offer and enabling them to remain independent in their own homes for longer.
To apply for the role, you must be located within Hertfordshire, have a full driving licence and preferably 6 months experience working within the care sector. Their carers need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal along with the right interpersonal skills to support their clients.
In return, they will offer you a market leading package including:
??? Paid induction training towards The Care Certificate which provides the skills and knowledge needed to deliver a high quality service
??? Ongoing refresher training
??? Paid DBS
??? Mileage paid ??? 35p per mile
??? iPad provided
??? Uniform
??? Support out in the field from a Registered Nurse
??? 20 Day annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays (pro rata for part-time employees)
??? Contributory Pension Scheme and employee benefits including private medical insurance, childcare vouchers, lifestyle concessions
??? Out of hours on call service
