A successful company in the Financial Services industry which is the largest of its kind, is seeking to fill an experienced Digital Marketing Executive role.
The company.
The company seeking to fill a Digital Marketing Executive vacancy is currently on an exciting digital journey. They will join the award winning company to be based with the marketing team at the Bath HQ. They have ambitious growth plans for the brand and strengthening the marketing team to help realise digital ambitions is an important part of future growth strategy.
The role.
- Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, PPC and display advertising campaigns
- Build and develop landing pages using a content management system (CMS)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate
The experience we need.
- Proven success and experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience in PPC, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns
- Experience in optimising landing pages and using CMS
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,)
- Experience in optimising Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Working knowledge of social media
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
