JOB TITLE: Asset and Compliance Co - ordinator
SALARY & BENEFITS: Up to GBP21,576 - GBP26,970
WORKING HOURS: 35 hour per week
THE COMPANY: Our client manages and builds homes to rent to suit a range of lifestyles, personal needs and family sizes and which people can afford, as well as dealing with a range of different projects in the community. They are looking for an Asset and Compliance Co - ordinator to join the small friendly team based in Duns, (Scottish Borders)
THE ROLE: As the Asset and Compliance Co - ordinator you will work within the Technical Services Department. You will be responsible for the delivery of the customer focused reactive, void , planned cyclical/ compliance related maintenance and estate management service.
This role will be office based in Duns (Scottish Borders)
Key Responsibilities:
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the role of Asset and Compliance Co - ordinator would have experience within the housing sector or construction industry, housing maintenance experience being highly advantageous.
A CIH level 3 qualification would be desirable but those without this must be willing to train towards one.

- Assist in the coordination of void properties, ensuring to deliver a cost effective services within agreed time-scales
- Deliver continues service improvements including current and future KPI's
- Participate in the reviewing process
